“Ignite the Night” July 4th Event (Greenacres, FL)

For years, residents in and around Greenacres have come to adore the town’s annual July Fourth event. Featuring your standard Independence Day fare—including games, music, crafts, and inflatable slides and rock walls for kids—there’s a hometown feel to this Florida holiday celebration. If you make plans to attend “Ignite the Night,” don’t forget to dress up in your best “Red, White & Blue” attire for your chance to win a prize!

July 4th Fireworks Extravaganza (Pompano Beach, FL)

Time: 5 – 9 pm (Rain Date on Thursday, July 5)
Location: Pompano Beach Fishing Pier

Beginning at 5:00 pm, the free 2018 Pompano Beach July Fourth event will open the stage up for reggae band Nostaljah and R&B act L Tribe. At 9:00, the main event will begin: Fireworks! Launched from a barge off in the horizon, these Fourth of July fireworks are sure to be a sight. Grab a lawn chair, blankets, and a standing umbrella if you plan on staying the entire time.

July 4th Celebration (Deerfield Beach, FL)

This year’s Deerfield Beach July 4th Celebration features live music, wares, food, arts and crafts for kids, and an exquisite firework display once the sun sets. Stars Over St. Lucie 4th of July Celebration (Fort Pierce, FL)

Location: Fort Pierce City Marina Square

You can’t go wrong with this annual Fort Pierce Independence Day event. This year’s July 4th celebration includes Top 40 tunes spun by DJ Jeff Brown, bounce houses for kids, classic American food, Civil War cannon demonstrations, and your generic children’s arts and crafts. Shortly after 9:00 pm, the area’s most vibrant fireworks show will leave you in awe.

July Fourth Fireworks Display (Stuart, FL)

Location: Flagler Park

You’re in for a treat at the 2018 July 4th Celebration in Delray Beach! Aside from the night’s extraordinary fireworks show, there are dozens of activities, contests, and shows to mark on the calendar. Here are just a few:

Parking at the Coral Springs Gym is $3, but why not walk?

Coconut Grove 4th of July (Coconut Grove, FL)

This annual family-friendly Fourth of July party near Miami is the perfect way to end your Wednesday. The “family fun zone” is an ideal landing spot for the kids—they’ll have access to all the bubbles, games, and face-painting stations their little minds could want—and the new photo booth will allow you to capture the holiday in all its familial glory.
